The representative I spoke with was friendly and professional. My email request for assistance was also answered the same day. The only feature I found challenging was the live online chat. Even without an account setup, the interface presents an online chat icon, however I was unable to determine how to begin a chat in either the main or ‘messages’ screen. I requested a demonstration of Clover’s POS interface and was granted an appointment for the next business day.
