Built-in Database and Custom Forms

Every project comes with its own cloud database, which is what lets the output go beyond fixed pages. You can create a table by asking the AI, for example “a table of my pottery classes with dates and prices”, or build it manually through the Open Data icon in the sidebar.

From my experience, the two-mode setup is what makes it comfortable to live with. Chat mode handles the big moves, such as new pages, data tables, and full redesigns. The Visual Editor handles the small ones, and those edits do not spend credits, which keeps the allowance pointed at building rather than housekeeping.

Prompt detail matters more here than the marketing suggests. A vague description gives you a generic site with generic copy, so it pays to say what you want and what to avoid up front.

That said, there are still some limitations. The Visual Editor does not auto-save, so unsaved changes are lost if you close the tab, and the chat prompt does not handle advanced database queries or filtering. Larger builds can take a few rounds of refinement, and it is worth checking mobile layouts before you publish.
