Elementor is a great website building platform for users with little to no experience with building websites. Elementor makes it easy for users to design and create a website from the ground up with its easy-to-use drag and drop editing feature. The company has many affordable plan options to choose from and they all include lots of great features. One big downfall is that Elementor does not offer a free trial to the software which makes it impossible to try it for yourself before you purchase a plan. Overall I think that Elementor is one of the better website building platforms available.

Video Plugins

The video widget for the Elementor website builder is easy to use and seems to work well. The Audio widget operates in the same manner.

Ease of Use

Elementor website builder is an easy-to-use platform for building your ideal website. Having WordPress built-in makes it even easier. The setup process seems to be as simple as other website-building software. Adding a button, image, or icon is made easy with Elementor’s “Drag and Drop” feature. You can choose from a list of icons. You can customize buttons and upload images with ease. Importing fonts is an easy way to customize the style of your website.

WooCommerce feature makes it easy to customize products and pricing if you intend to sell products on your website. You can also create and customize forms with ease on Elementor. Creating transitions on your website is an easy task using the website’s quick use toolbar during editing.

Customer Service

Elementor has 24/7 Premium support for all of its paid users which I was not able to test as they do not offer any free trial of the platform. There are little to no methods of contacting customer service if you are not a paid user of the Elementor hosting or pro website builder. I was able to contact customer support with a couple of questions through the messenger option on their website homepage, however, I was only getting automated messages with optional response buttons.

The live chat support is an automated response system. You are not able to get much help with Elementor’s live chat support unless you are a user of a paid plan, then you have access to 24/7 Premium support. The live chat option is not the best option for paid users yet may be the best method for contacting customer support if you are not a paid user.
