Ease of Use

SimpleSite for the moment only offers email support. The site also has an FAQ section. If you cannot find the answer to your own question, you are invited to write them an email, providing as many details as possible and your website’s URL. You will get the answer to your mailbox within two business days.

Customer Service

The drag-and-drop interface makes it super easy to get started and get used to the website building tool.
